LODE SIGNAL
Nevada mining-claim intelligence

See Nevada's new claims months before BLM's map does.

Lode Signal reads county records, BLM case files and company filings to show who is staking Nevada, which listed company is behind each claim, and which ground has lapsed and can be staked again.

Method

Public records, read carefully

We follow each source's terms and access rules. Where a site doesn't allow automated access, a person reads the record.

  1. 01

    County first

Certificates of location are recorded with the county, usually well before BLM's public map shows them. We read Nevada county recorder indexes.

  2. 02

    Federal record

BLM case records and public claim layers give the serial, claimant, status and fee history.

  3. 03

    Who is behind it

Exchange releases, SEC EDGAR and the Nevada Secretary of State link each holding entity to its parent. Every link carries its source.

  4. 04

    Human review

Package facts are reviewed line by line before release. Conflicting figures are shown side by side, never averaged away.
